The I/O voltage for several banks are connected to programmable regulators.
Banks 66 and 67 IO’s are connected to programmable regulators. Until the board boots up Banks 66 and 67 operate at 1.0V, once the board has booted to u-boot they are configured to 1.8V.
Similarly, Banks 88 and 92 IO’s are also connected to programmable regulators. Initially these regulators output 1.2V, during the U-Boot stage, and after which these regulators are reconfigured to 1.8V.
In contrast, Bank 90 is powered by a fixed regulator providing a constant 1.8V.
