Can the G58D Devkit's PCIe port be configured as both a Root-Port and an End Point?

G58M Agilex 5 Development Kit supports a PCIe x4 connector, which can be configured as either a Root Port or an Endpoint.

In Root Port mode, power is supplied to the PCIe x4 connector, allowing to connect devices such as an PCIe to M.2 adapter in it with an M.2 PCIe Gen4 NVMe or M.2 Wi-Fi card.

In Endpoint mode, the board utilizes only the Reset and Clock signals from the Root Port, while the power is managed internally on the board itself.
