In G51M Agilex 7 R24C SoC FPGA SOM, SFP & SGMII based RJ45 ethernet share the same transceivers; therefore only one can be supported at a time. By default, in G51M SOM SGMII is supported. iWave has validated the SGMII interface using our custom UDP IP, which is controlled by the NIOS processor.
