During the initial power on of the SOM, the GP-IO#6 pin will initially be configured as an input with an internal pull-down enabled.
If the carrier card externally pulls up the pin using a 3.3kΩ resistor to 3.3V, the GP-IO#6 pin will remain in input mode and the pin level will be HIGH.
