In VU13P Virtex SOM G47M SOM by default, SYSMON_VP and SYSMON_VN are tied to GND. These signals are optionally connected to a couple of pins to the board-to-board connector through resistors and not populated by default.
Also, PL_AN27_LVDS65_L23N_PERSTN1_SDA signal is connected to Board to Board connector and SYSMON_VP is optionally connected to same pin through resistors. Either one can be used at a time.
