By default, GTYP Bank 107 Refclk 1 is pre-programmed to 148.5MHz.
Since GTYP Bank 106 is used for HDMI interface on Devkit, both the refclk from the carrier board are provided to GTYP Bank 106. An optional resistor for GTYP Bank 106 refclk 1 is provided on SOM, by default these resistors are not populated hence it is mentioned as NC in the Hardware datasheet.
