How to boot Linux build through eMMC mode on clean FPGA?

To boot Linux without programming the FPGA bitstream during startup, enable FPGA Manager support in the Linux configuration.

Please enable the configuration
‘CONFIG_SUBSYSTEM_FPGA_MANAGER=y’ in the file project-spec/configs/config.
With this configuration, the system can boot into Linux from eMMC even on a clean FPGA.
