The "ig60m-3.1.img" file already includes both the VFAT and EXT4 partitions. If flashed to the SD card using the below command, it will automatically create both partitions required for booting.
sudo dd if=ig60m-3.1.img of=/dev/<sda/sdb>
After flashing, a VFAT partition and an EXT4 partition will be available visibly. By default, the VFAT partition will already contain the boot binaries. However, these binaries need to be replaced with the newly generated binaries as mentioned in the Software User Guide.
Regarding the ‘failed to load system.dtb’ issue, The system.dtb is not included inside the image.ub file in this flow. Copy both the system.dtb and Image files separately to the VFAT partition, as mentioned in the user guide.
Additionally, need not extract the ig60m.tar.gz file if already using the ig60m-3.1.img file, as it already contains the root filesystem in the EXT4 partition.
