Please refer Software User Manual, section ‘Procedure to Program NOR Flash with U-Boot’ to flash the image via USB or Ethernet.
Caution: Extreme care to be taken during the programming process. If the NOR Flash gets corrupted, then a CodeWarrior programmer will be required for recovery.
