According to the FMC specification, the 12V supply has a current rating of 1A. An enable pin for the 12V supply is controlled by the IO expander via the LS1021A I2C interface. To enable power for the FMC and FMC+ in U-Boot, please refer to ‘FMC+ Connector – Power On’ and ‘FMC Connector – Power On’ sections of the Software User Guide.
