The Critical Warning observed during bitstream generation is expected for the UltraScale+ 100G Ethernet Subsystem IP, as the IP includes optional licensed features such as Auto-Negotiation (AN) and Link Training (LT).
Since these features are not enabled in the current design, no additional licenses are required, and the warning can be safely ignored. Vivado issues this warning as a precaution because it cannot determine whether the optional licensed features are being utilized.
