Collection of Information

When you browse the site (including when you submit personal information to us through data entry fields on the website) we will collect the following from you:

• Contact information: We collect and store any information you enter on our site. Our Site uses forms to collect your personal information including your email address, name, company details to request information, get support and use our services.

• Browser Data: When you visit our website and access our services, we collect and store your browser language and geo-location in order to customize your experience according to your region and preferred language. Our servers also record the information sent by your browser for statistical, legal and security purposes: your IP address, your browser platform and version, the date & time of your visit, and the web page that referred you to our website.

How we use Information

• Contact Information: To contact you regarding the status of your request, functionality changes to our products and our site, and – where you have opted in to receive such information – other/new services, and/or special offers/newsletters we think you might find useful, we use email, telephone, and/or text message, as well as to inform you about hosting account issues, service interruptions or updates, service improvements or new products in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable law.

• Browser Data: This automatically recorded data is anonymously analyzed in order to maintain and improve our services. Google reCAPTCHA may also be used for security purposes, in order to prevent abuse of our services. In that case we only process the anonymous score that reCAPTCHA determines based on your browser and device.
  We will only correlate this data with your personal data when required by law or for security purposes, if you have violated our Acceptable Use Policy.

Purposes of Data Processing

When you access or use our Services, we need to collect, use, and otherwise process your information, as set out in this Policy. We are committed to your privacy and follow a few fundamental principles when we process personal data:

Cookies, Beacons, Tags, Pixels

We use Cookies to collect some of the information set out in this Policy. A cookie is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored in your web browser on your computer, mobile or other handheld device, while you are browsing a website.
Our Site uses cookies to identify you. Cookies can store your account identifier, ordering status, personalisation or website tracking. They can also be used for technical purposes such as keeping track of your current shopping session and enabling you to proceed to checkout and pay for your according order or to save information which has already been entered (languages choices, and your region), so that we can offer improved and more personalised services, products and other relevant communication tailored to you. All personal information collected by iGlobal is treated as confidential. We disclose entire or part of your data in the limited circumstances described below and with appropriate safeguards on your privacy:

• Our iWave Global group companies, Subsidiaries, employees, and independent contractors – we will disclose information about you to our iWave Global group companies, subsidiaries, business partners, external consultants, auditors, collaborators or other third parties, some of our employees, and individuals who are our independent contractors that need to know the information in order to help us provide our services or to process the information on our behalf and also for administrative purposes, billing and tax and all other purposes related to the management of your account. We require all of them to comply strictly with this Privacy Policy.

• To Protect Rights and Property – We will share account and personal information with companies, organizations or individuals when we believe in good-faith that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is necessary to meet any applicable law, comply with regulation, legal process or enforceable request; to enforce or apply our Terms of Service and other agreements; to investigate potential violations; to protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of iWave Global, our users or the public as required or permitted by law. To the extent we are legally permitted to do so, we will take all reasonable steps to notify you in the event that we are required to provide your personal information to third parties as part of legal process.

• Business Transfers – in connection with any merger, sale of company assets, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company, or in the unlikely event that iWave Global goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would likely be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. If any of these events happens, we will take any reasonable steps to notify you and this Privacy Policy would continue to apply to your information and the party receiving your information shall continue to use your information, but only consistent with this Privacy Policy.

• With Your Consent – with your explicit consent or at your direction we may share and disclose information you have authorized us to with third parties. We will not, however, sell, rent, share or otherwise disclose personally identifiable information for commercial purposes in any way that is contrary to the commitments made in this Privacy Policy. We will take all reasonable steps to notify you when and what information might go to third parties and you will be able to choose whether to share it or not.

Personal Information of Minors

• We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act in the United States, and similar laws around the world, where applicable to Altera Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without proper consent from a parent or legal guardian. If you believe that we may have collected personal information from a minor without the requisite consent, please let us know using the methods described in the “Further questions and contacts” section below and we will investigate and promptly address the issue. For these purposes, we define a “minor” to mean an individual who is under the age of majority in the territory in which they are resident.

Minors, or their legal guardians, may change or revoke the consent choices previously made or request access to or removal of any personal information that they have provided or posted to Altera sites by contacting us using the information in the “Further questions and contacts” section of this Notice. Within thirty days of such a request (unless another period is provided by law) iWave Global will anonymize or remove from public view such content unless legally required to retain such content or information.

Our websites may link to third-party websites or services and we may embed content from third-party websites or services on our websites. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites. iWave Global is not under control of such websites and services and we hereby exclude any responsibility for them.

Your Rights

• confirm whether or not personal data about you is being processed;

• provide you with further details about how we process your personal data;

• provide you with a copy of any data which we hold about you;

• withdraw your consent to using your personal information, where we rely on your consent as a legal basis to justify using your personal data;

• consider any valid objection to the processing of your personal information (including the right to object to processing on grounds related to your particular situation where we are relying on our legitimate interests as a legal basis for processing);

• request to update or delete personal data which we hold about you;

We will consider all those requests. However, certain personal information may be exempt from those requests in certain circumstances, which include a need to keep processing information for our legitimate interests or to comply with a legal obligation. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post the updates to this Privacy Policy here and on any other place we deem appropriate, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
This user privacy & cookies policy shall be constructed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this policy.”
