The GPIO_SMBUS_ALERT (GPIO0_16) signal is connected to the CPU pad GPT0_COMPARE(AW53). This signal is routed to M.2 Connector Key B-SATA on the carrier board.
To modify as GPIO:
- GPIO0_16 can be configured for this pin by changing the alternate function of the CPU pad.
- ALT Function 3 should be enabled for the signal to operate as a GPIO.
