Kindly flash the device with the provided software shared through FTP, before initializing the kernel module using modprobe, please run the /usr/bin/tcan-reset.sh script to reset the module.
This service starts automatically during system boot. However, if rmmod/modprobe is executed manually afterward, the module must be reset again.
