Kindly refer section “FMC Connector – Power on” from the software user manual.
The reset pin is connected from LA12_N of the FMC connector to the x8 PCIe connector via a level translator. And, the PCIe reset signal is a 3.3V signal, which is level-translated in the FMC module from 1.8V to 3.3V.
