The automated power-up procedure relies on a correctly programmed EEPROM on the FMC card. If the FMC power rails fail to enable during the boot sequence, the EEPROM may be unprogrammed or corrupted.
In such cases, refer “FMC+ Connector – Power On,” of the Software User Guide to manually override and enable the FMC+ connector power.
