The clock inputs, pins AN22 and AN21 are Global Clock (GC) capable pins from the HD bank only. Alternatively, AL27 can be used as a single-ended clock input signal and not a global clock capable pin.
Since in our KU19P G47M SOM, this is connected from LVDS clock source, it is necessary to configure this pin as LVDS_25 type and add a buffer, as shown below.
