SYS_SYNC_CLOCKP/SYS_SYNC_CLOCKN are optionally supported Hardware Sync clock from the G36D carrier card’s clock generator to the G36M SOM clock generator via AC-coupling capacitors which is not populated by default. Also, this clock cannot be configured through the FPGA design.
