Not able to access any of the eFUSEs via software. What is the procedure to program the eFUSEs & enable secure boot in Zynq Ultrascale+ devices?

The BBRAM and eFUSEs in Zynq UltraScale+ devices are used to store AES keys and hashes of RSA keys. Software running on the processor programs the BBRAM or eFUSEs using the Xilinx Secure Key (XilSKey) library.

BBRAM in Zynq UltraScale+ devices can be used to store the 256-bit AES image decryption key. This AES key can also be stored in the eFUSEs. However, unlike BBRAM, once programmed in the eFUSEs it cannot be modified or erased.
