FORCE_RECOV# is used to put the SOM into USB programming mode/ flash mode.
When the FORCE_RECOV# signal is Low, the SOM enters flash mode, regardless of the switch settings for BOOT_SEL0# and BOOT_SEL1#.
When the FORCE_RECOV# signal is high, the BOOT_SEL0# and BOOT_SEL1# signals determine whether the board boots from eMMC or SD.
The logic for FORCE_RECOV# is managed within the SOM; connecting the signal to a switch - so that it can be toggled.
