VCC_1V2_IO_2E and VCC_1V2_IO_2F are reference voltage for 2E and 2F bank.
Bank2E & Bank2F I/O voltage is set to 1.2V by default.
VCC_1V2_IO is fixed voltage to 1.2V for other banks.
Please refer FPGA IOs & General-Purpose Clocks sections of each bank for respective bank IO voltages and explanation.
The power signal is VIO voltage for respective bank. Approximately this pin support 500mA.
