When SW6 is set to 0111, the system keeps checking for the LS1021A processor. If the processor is not initialized then Vivado may display the device as unknown.
When SW6 is set to 0011, this setting correctly configures the FPGA detection.
Ensure that no other instances of Vivado or Hardware Manager are running in the background.
Example:
Instead of c:/users/Documents BB/OneDrive -SEMICONDUCTOR/desktop/Bit_files/top_ctrl.bit
Use a simpler path such as: c:/users/Bit_files/top_ctrl.bit
