In FMC-to-PCIe Adapter, GBTCLK1_M2C (100 MHz) is used to drive GTH224 REFCLK0 as the transceiver reference clock due to transceivers lane reversal. Please refer section “PCIe x8 Connector” from PCIe FMC Module datasheet.
Also, note that in the FMC-to-PCIe Adapter, Bank224 is connected to the HS Transceiver 1 and Bank223 is connected to the HS Transceiver 2 of the PCIe Connector x8.
