Does the battery powered BRAM is properly connected and/or fuse power voltage?

For G47M Virtex VU13P, the battery backup supply VBATT (1.8V) for the FPGA internal volatile memory (BRAM) is provided through the on-SOM power regulator.

Additionally, the VBATT (1.8V) supply can be optionally provided from an external RTC battery through a board-to-board connector, using a LDO to convert the battery voltage to 1.8V (VBATT). By default, this option is not populated.

By default, the required power for eFUSE (VCCAUX) is provided to the XCVU13P and hence eFUSE programming can be performed without any issues.
