The MPSoC product uses the evaluation licenses for the IPs used in the FPGA design. If the error is related to “attempting to get a license and bitstream generation failed due to that” then please refer to section “Vivado Tool Evaluation Licenses” in the FPGA User Guide and follow the procedure provided there to avoid this issue.
