SD1_PWR signal is used to switch the SD power from 3.3V to 1.8V based on the connected SD card’s speed (High speed or normal speed). If left unconnected, you have to fix the card speed to one speed and use always that speed supported cards.
SD_CD signal is used to support SD hotplug. If you left unconnected, then SD hotplug feature can not be supported.
