iWave has done environmental test based on the JSS 55555 & IEC 60068 standard for our Devkit. Please connect with iWave representative for test report details.
Also, Conformal coating must be done on the boards before doing the environmental testing.
We have done the environmental test only for the high-end ZU7EV SOM and not done with ZU4CG and ZU4EV SOM. Since, there is only a SoC change we assure that delivered SOMs will work as same the high-end SOM.
Also, by default the conformal coating is not applied on the delivered SOMs.
