The signal voltage level for boot switch settings is 1.8V. As mentioned in “RFSoC Boot Mode” of iW-G42M datasheet, configure the carrier board boot switch along with the SOM boot media selection switch. Specifically, set the boot switch positions 2, 3, and 4 to ON position.
On the carrier board boot switch circuit, use pull-down resistors (recommended 240-ohm to match the PSMIO IO level requirements) on the PS_MODE0, PS_MODE1, and PS_MODE2 signals to low.
