On the G35M & G30M (Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC) SOM, the PUDC_B is connected to 1.8V(Pull-Up). By default, PUDC_B pin is connected to 1.8V(Weak pre configuration I/O pull-up resistors disabled). Please refer MPSoC Configuration & Status from the Hardware User Guide.
